i meant to ask "eh this is not rice meh?" coz i always thought burrito is the layer of egg pancake like stuff that you posted previously. hahah.. actually what is burrito?
Yes, a burrito is wrapped in a tortilla. A tortilla is made of wheat or corn flour and does not contain egg.This is a "naked" burrito. That's why there is no tortilla.
